Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Ensure compliance with DPDP Act 2023 and other data privacy laws.
• Conduct Data Protection Audits and Impact Assessments (DPIA).
• Advise management on privacy implications in tech systems and procedures.
• Maintain privacy documentation like RoPA, PII records, etc.
• Handle data breach response & coordinate with IT, legal, and CISO teams.
• Impart training/awareness sessions on data privacy internally and externally.
