For Post Codes 101, 102, 103, 108, 109, 110
& 111 (NAPS Portal):
- Visit https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
- Register as Apprentice and complete profile
(ensure 100% profile completion).
- Login and go to “Apprenticeship
Opportunities”.
- Select location & trade relevant to
IOCL.
- Complete application carefully with correct
details.
For Post Codes 104, 105, 106 & 107 (NATS
Portal):
- Visit https://nats.education.gov.in
- Register and apply to IOCL opportunity on
dashboard.
- Ensure correct personal & educational
details before final submission.

Step II:
Application on IOCL Website
- Visit www.iocrefrecruit.in
- Login with same email and mobile used in
NAPS/NATS registration.
- Fill the online form from 03-05-2025 (10:00 hrs) to 02-06-2025 (17:00 hrs).
- Choose preferred refinery and trade.
- Upload scanned photo and signature (jpg, ≤50
KB).
- Submit and save a copy of the application
for reference.
Important
Guidelines:
- Step I &
Step II completion is mandatory. Incomplete forms will be
rejected.
- Use same email and mobile in both NAPS/NATS
and IOCL forms.
- Application must be accurate; incorrect
details = rejection.
- Regularly check your email & www.iocrefrecruit.in for updates.
- Keep scanned photo
and signature ready before applying.
