ICAR -
Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), New Delhi has released an
official notification for the recruitment of 01 Field Assistant post on
a purely contractual basis under the ICAR-funded project “CRP on
Agrobiodiversity (Cucumber)”. This position is temporary and will be
co-terminus with the project. The selected candidate will be paid a
consolidated monthly salary of ₹18,000. Candidates must have passed at least 10th
standard and should have experience in field and pollination work
(desirable). Interested and eligible candidates must send their CV and
documents via email by 1st August 2025. The walk-in interview is
scheduled for 5th August 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Division of
Vegetable Science, ICAR-IARI, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012.

Selection Process
- Selection will be through a walk-in

- Only shortlisted candidates having the essential
qualifications will be interviewed.
- No TA/DA will be provided
for attending the interview.
- Final selection is based on
performance in the interview and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
Important Terms and Conditions
- This is a contractual
post, and the appointment will be for 1 year, extendable based on
performance and project funding.
- The post is purely
temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- No claim for permanent job at ICAR-IARI after project
completion.
- All candidates must submit
a declaration form at the time of interview.
- Candidates having relatives
working at ICAR/IARI must declare the relationship in writing by 1st
August 2025 via email.
- Incomplete applications or
those without required documents will be rejected.
- Concealment of facts or canvassing in any form
will lead to disqualification.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the
interview.
